Printing from CorelDRAW<\/span><\/h4>\n
  • Right click on file \u2192 \u201cOpen with program\u201d \u2192 Choose \u201cCorelDRAW\u201dRight click on file \u2192 \u201cOpen with program\u201d \u2192 Choose \u201cCorelDRAW\u201d<\/li>\n
  • For the pop-up, choose \u201ccurved line\u201d<\/li>\n
  • Except for the layer that you will print, you need to click the \u201cPrint\/do not print\u201d printer icon and set everything up<\/li>\n
  • From Properties \u2192 Confirm color and width of line with the \u201cPen icon\u201d at the bottom right of the screen<\/li>\n

  • Go to \u201cFile\u201d on the Menu Bar, and click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/li>\n

    Settings for materials with specialized software<\/span><\/h4>\n
  • Select the \u201cMaterial Database\u201d tab on the left side of the screen<\/li>\n

  • Select material from \u201cCategory\u201d<\/li>\n
  • Select thickness and materials \u2192 if not available it will be necessary to create the setting, so please consult the staff<\/li>\n
  • Once finished with selection, select \u201cManual Control\u201d<\/li>\n

  • Confirm that the \u201cZ-Axis\u201d column is \u201cOFF\u201d \u2192 If it is ON, the table will operate on the set thickness, but at present, this function is not used. <\/li>\n
  • When \u201cON\u201d, put the processing settings into selection mode, and set the A area on the screen to \u201cOFF\u201d \u2192 Click the \u201cSet\u201d \u2192 \u201cApply\u201d \u2192 \u201cOK\u201d<\/li>\n

  • After pressing the \u201cPrint\u201d button, click the \u201cULS\u201d button at the lower right side of the monitor to move to the ULS screen<\/li>\n

  • Press the \u201cPower\u201d button at the top right of the screen and turn the processing machine<\/li>\n

    Setting focus point for processing machine<\/span><\/h4>\n

    \b\uff01WARNING\uff01<\/strong>Do not consecutively press the lift button for the processing machine! The machine will start to move quickly and be unable to stop, and doing so will be cause for malfunctions<\/br><\/br><\/p>\n

  • Place materials on the metal fittings of the table<\/li>\n
  • Confirm that the materials and the lighting head aren\u2019t touching, and move the head over the materials using the \u201cFocus View\u201d mode <\/li>\n
  • Position the jig, and adjust the height using the table\u2019s lift button <\/li>\n
  • You can also raise the table by using the button on the ULS screen<\/li>\n

    \"\u30b9\u30e9\u30a4\u30c926\"<\/a><\/a><\/br><\/br><\/p>\n

  • Make sure to completely close the lid of the operation area \u2192 If not shut properly, it will touch parts of the processing machine<\/li>\n
  • However, if you put too much stress on the processing rails, they will bend, so please be careful of that<\/li>\n

    Confirming processing position & material position<\/span><\/h4>\n
  • Select \u201cFocus View\u201d from the pull-down menu on the USL screen <\/li>\n
  • Set the cursor to the position of the processing data, click, and the head will move<\/li>\n

  • When moving the processing data, select \u201cRelocate View\u201d<\/li>\n
  • You may either drag & drop the data to your desired location, or you may input coordinates<\/li>\n

    Turn on Air Assist & Dust Collector<\/span><\/h4>\n
  • Turn on the power to the Air Assist on the desk for the PC monitor<\/li>\n
  • Turn the on the power to the Dust Collector<\/li>\n

    Start Processing<\/span><\/h4>\n
  • Press the \u201cStart\u201d button for the ULS, and begin processing<\/li>\n
  • If, during processing, the materials start burning, etc., open the lid to the processing machine, do a \u201cforce-quit\u201d and put out the flame<\/li>\n
  • When you must stop for whatever reason, use the temporary stop button \u2192 There are instances when the machine does not recover<\/li>\n
